This is a flat site with the back half of the property is forest. There are 3 structures on the land (a house, shed and a bunkie). The house (approx 29'x32', but currently inhabitable) has working hydro (turn on the main breaker) and an insulated metal roof. Water used to be avail from a neighbouring well - currently no connection. The more useable building is the 8' x 12' bug-proof bunkie with an extra high ceiling. It is built on a concrete pads and posts, insulated roof, newer windows, plywood floor with a secure door. An underground electrical line runs to the building, but is not connected. Take this opportunity to buy a low maintenance piece of land for your recreational use, to build something new or salvage what is onsite. Lots of opportunity! (id:8860)
